We use FSC-certified materials and heavy rigid boards ranging from 1200gsm to 1800gsm to ensure structural integrity and a luxury feel. Printing is done via CTP typesetting with accurate Pantone color matching. Surface finishes include soft-touch lamination, high-gloss, matte, and specialty coatings. We offer foil stamping, embossing/debossing, magnetic closures, ribbon pulls, compartment inserts, and food-safe linings for chocolates. All inks and coatings for edible packaging are food-safe where required. These options allow you to achieve both visual impact and durable functionality.

MOQs depend on specifications but are competitive for High Quality rigid boxes; for custom finishes and rigid board thicknesses typical MOQs range from low hundreds to a few thousand units. We provide pre-production samples and structural prototypes; sample costs vary by complexity and are credited back on production orders. Our production follows a 12-step SOP to ensure consistent quality. Typical turnaround for production is 15–30 business days after sample approval, with exact timing depending on quantity, finishes, and shipping. Expedited options are available through our dual-factory capacity to support international orders and tighter schedules.

Extremely customizable. We offer full dieline engineering to your product dimensions, precise Pantone color matching, full-color litho printing, and a wide range of surface treatments. Insert options include paperboard partitions, EVA foam, velour, food-grade trays, and custom-shaped cavities to secure fragile items.
