1.Inquiry detail :
provide full details(size, weight, material ,craft,printing request, packing request and the order quantity). Better with original samples and pictures.
2.We quote based on original sample & others provided information.
3.Sample expenses:
after you satisfy our quotation, we will manufacture the sample then sent to you, sample setup cost and transport　cost in buyer’s side. Depend on order amount whether to　return in the cost　after placing an order.
4.Order confirmation :
All the order and sample must be recognized　by FAX or E-mail, then we will go to work. Sign contract based on approved price, sealed samples, and delivery time and payment terms.
Payment terms:
1.payment by T/T, prepay 30% deposit, the surplus amount is all paid before shipment.
2.100% irrevocable L/C payment.
